The next season of Charlas began in June 2008 when the covers came off and the warm nights had arrived. Some of the topics covered to date are Jamon, Gypsies in Lanjaron, Salsa, Traditions of the Fiesta de San Juan, Yoga and Massage. We also ran three Charlas in the Salon de Actos prior to the elections last year when all three political parties presented their policies to us; this was a first for Lanjaron and helped the estranjeros with the vote to make up their minds.
